Urban Craft Ventures delivers all over Mumbai city for a delivery fee. As of now, delivery outside of Mumbai and internationally for all items is not supported through the website, but you can also reach out to us directly for this.

The customer is responsible for the information of the recipient’s correct name and address details. This information should be precise, accurate and complete (i.e. contact name and number, building name, flat number, wing etc.) to enable delivery under normal conditions.

Urban Craft Ventures will be solely relying on the delivery information provided by the customer on the website. The deliveries can be made by any of the following parties - Urban Craft Ventures, product partners or logistics partners of Urban Craft Ventures. In case any details are required to complete the delivery, the customer will be contacted over a phone call.

We shall endeavor that all deliveries will be fulfilled within the given time slot. If any delivery is made outside of the specified time slot, this does not entitle the customer for any refunds. As the customer recognizes that the delivery time is non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the location of the delivery and on the third-party logistics partner, and we will not be liable or responsible for the same in any event. Delays in delivery due to bad weather, traffic disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances will be conveyed to the customer immediately. Deliveries will be made for confirmed orders whereby the customer has opted for the orders to be delivered. Delivery will be made by a third-party delivery service keeping in mind the nature of the order. The delivery charges levied depend on the location and time of the final delivery and the nature of the products bought. There will be a premium charged for midnight deliveries (deliveries made post 10pm). Urban Craft Ventures also allows for self-pick for a certain category of orders if the customers opt for it. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Urban Craft Ventures shall be claimed from you. There will be few items for which delivery will not be possible and those items it will have to be picked up by customers from our premises.
